How the programme is organised

At the beginning of your first semester you choose one of three profiles: Culture and Tourism, Managing Digital Services, or Service Innovation. Culture and Tourism covers tourism management, the economics of tourism and creative industries, sustainability and entrepreneurship. Managing Digital Services looks at the logic and economics of digital services, from platforms and streaming to the digital backbone of transport and production, and addresses AI beyond the hype. Service Innovation introduces innovation theory and lets you experiment with service characteristics as sources of innovation.

The fifth semester is set aside for electives at CBS or other universities, an exchange, or an internship in a company (30 ECTS). The programme ends with a 15 ECTS Bachelor Project, assessed by a written assignment and an oral exam on campus. Teaching methods include lectures, written assignments, oral exams on campus and active participation.
