A waiver of the tuition fee for two years
Overview
DTU has a very limited number of tuition fee waivers for new international non-EU/EEA MSc students. They are only for the Autumn intake. There are none for the Spring intake.
The waiver covers the tuition fee for two years. It is awarded to students with excellent academic performance. The selection process runs alongside the admissions process.
To be considered, you must apply by the 15 January deadline and submit a separate personal statement with your application. That statement must clearly say you are applying for the tuition fee waiver. If you do not include it, your application will not be considered for the waiver.
The personal statement should focus on your academic achievements at the Bachelors level. The waiver is merit-based, so that is what the assessment looks at.
Tuition fee waivers are granted after you have accepted an offer of admission. Non-EU/EEA applicants with a qualifying degree from Denmark must also apply by the 15th January to be considered.
